Ten Museum Park

Star Island Miami Beach is a community that includes many luxurious Miami waterfront homes. The island consists of a mix of luxury, extravagant and magnificent Miami waterfront homes which can reach up to $20 million. Those homes come with more than 12 bedrooms, which is more than enough to invite all of your friends to stay over a weekend.

Chad Oppenheim from Oppenheim Architecture designed the tower in early 2007 and opened it for residents in mid 2007. Ten Museum Park is 178 m (585 feet) tall and includes 50 floors. At the moment, Ten Museum Park takes place as the 13th tallest building in Miami. The tower has a crystalline structure of dramatic proportions and more than 10,000 square feet of outdoor cafe and restaurant fronting Biscayne Boulevard. There are also more than 20,000 square feet of office space with views overlooking Biscayne Bay. Other features include 24 hour valet parking and 24 hour building security, intended for all residents of the tower. The tower is located near the American Airlines Arena, Bayside Market Place, Carnival Center Performing Arts, the Port of Miami and the Macarthur Causeway. Before a person enters the Ten Museum Park, the tower may look like a typical building with almost identical floor plans, but the truth is that they vary a lot. The units that face east are interlocking lofts, and providing each of the units with an eastern view, and either a south or north-facing view, as well. Lower units that are facing west are shallow flats with large glass panels.

Another advantage of living in Ten Museum Park is a fact that the building is 5 minutes away from Miami Design District, Coconut Grove and South Beach.
