MEET JOHN SANDBERG

I have no doubt that my prior business experience has prepared me to be exactly where I am right now; In the midst of Miami and Miami Beach Real Estate. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1986 with a degree in Finance, I began my business career at E. F. Hutton as an investment advisor. After, I spent 13 years as a managing director at Bear Stearns. I was responsible for cultivating, managing and negotiating client relationships.

I have more than 18 years of Wall Street financial experience and 25 years of managing client negotiations. This gives me a unique insight into the real estate markets. That being said, my personal reason for working in real estate is that I truly believe that Miami is the city of the future. There is no better city in the world.

I fully recognize the value of listening and adapting to my client's expectations and dreams. Moreover, I have been a very active real estate investor. For over 20 years, I was the client in real estate transactions. As a result, I know the difference between good service and bad service. I am passionate to be the most knowledgeable, service-oriented agent you have ever or will ever work with.
